DOTIK.OBJEM.POLJUB.
The annual fashion show of the students from Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, University of Ljubljana.
This project was a result of a work group: Ana Berwenger, Nik Hrovat, Nik Valenta, Neja Skornšek & Žan Kreft.
The Department of Textiles, Graphic Arts and Design in the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, University of Ljubljana, annually creates a fashion show. Since their students work with various materials and techniques and try to tell different stories, it is always a challenge to come up with a cohesive visual image for the show.
Visual design
My colleagues and I decided to solve this problem by designing the visual image around an object that is personal to an individual as well as the entire fashion industry - a mirror. The title: Touch.Hug.Kiss. (Dotik.Objem.Poljub.) was intertwined in a logo and showcased in orange, pink and yellow. We created promotional posters, invitations, and programs, all on mirrored materials. We also created an animated Instagram filter to be used during the show.
